 After we receive your registration fee, we will mail your confirmation, full details, emergency phone numbers, a map to the starting school and "Things to Bring" list.

CANCELLATION / REFUND
If we receive a written notice at least 30 days before the ride date, we will refund your full payment, less $35.00

If you cancel your reservation less than 30 days before the ride you will receive a 50% refund.

 AVERAGE DAY ON MOOSE TOUR
Each morning you pack your tent and baggage and load it on our baggage truck before 8:30 a.m. From then on it's all at your own pace. Ride at your own speed, stop for a swim at some scenic spot as you ride past a remote lake or pond. Watch a barefoot kid catch a fish off a bridge or spin quickly over the hills and valleys to our next campsite. Your baggage will be there and the shower is hot. Pitch your tent, take a nap or ride into town and visit the local folks.

 We Provide
* A packet at registration containing maps of each day's route.

* A souvenir T-shirt (if application is received by July 1).

* Painted arrows marking each day's ride.

* Baggage transportation for two pieces of baggage for each rider.

* Support vehicles during the ride.

* A friendly support staff that will do their best to make Maine Wheels MOOSE TOUR your most memorable vacation.

* Mechanic and masseur at nominal cost.

* Entertainment

*Bike training and Fit Talk/Q&A with Brian McLaughlin. Brian is an USA Cycling Expert Coach and worked with World Championship medalists and riders that participate in tours.

If you will need our 5:00 p.m., airport pick-up from Portland International Jetport, please add $35.00 (round trip) to your registration fee.

There is a transportation service that runs from Logan Airport in Boston to the Portland Jetport. Many flights are much less expensive into Logan and it is a small charge and only a 2 hour ride to Portland Jetport by using this service. Let us know and we can provide the name of the service.

 Also, please be sure to inform us of your arrival and departure times, air carrier and flight number as soon as you know them.
